My wife and I worked with A.J. Simon to get a lease recently and he was excellent. Very honest and open about the available options and deals. We were able to find the car we wanted at a number that worked for us, and A.J. even got us a vehicle that was a model year newer than we had been looking at for the same price. Took our new Highlander in for the first oil change and tire rotation and were very pleased with the quick turn around. We were in and out in maybe a half hour. I also had a question about how to change something with the audio system and the service guy took care of that in about 5 minutes. Thanks Serra Toyota!

I went in this past weekend to look at a Corolla Hatchback and worked with Alex A. I drive 40 minutes to have my Highlander serviced here. They always answer the phone promptly, answer all my questions, and the staff are courteous and experienced. The closest dealer to me in Grand Blanc is terrible and unresponsive.
I worked with Alex for a couple months on a GR86 Hakone edition, he was very patient and helpful in getting all my questions answered and my paperwork sorted. When it was time to pick up the car Alex and Levi took good care of me and got me a great rate on my loan. I came all the way from Chicago and it was 100% worth it. Serra Toyota went out of their way to find the RAV4 with the specifications that I wanted. I have two Toyota dealers much closer to where I live, but it is hard to find a more accommodating dealership than Serra and Alex is a sales man that I will buy From again.
This dealership has had my truck for 2 months for an engine rebuild, while other dealerships tell me it should not have taken longer than a week. Go elsewhere, or kiss your vehicle goodbye when you drop it off.
I really enjoyed working with Alex. I asked for his best price and he gave me an offer much lower than nearby dealerships. I appreciated the upfront, no nonsense approach.

My husband and I purchased a 2025 Sequioa this past week and traded in our 4Runner. I can’t say enough great things about AJ our salesman and Levi in the finance department. They both made every step of the process so easy and smooth. They went over and above through each step of the process. High recommend this dealership!

We bought our daughter a Corolla last week. It was a certified pre-owned but might as well be brand new. It was such an easy experience. Mason was very helpful and super easy to deal with. He answered our questions and was able to fix some minor things. I look forward to working with Mason and the Serra team in the future!

This review is related to service. Fixed the problem, but didn't do anything to truly make me a long-time customer. They did mention I had some dirt buildup on my wheels, throwing them off balance, and this would have been a <1min job to remove the dirt. Additionally, I noticed they zip-tied the fender apron back on the vehicle rather than using a fastener, which was most likely readily available and would have cost ~$2 USD.

Very good experience with Serra Toyota and AJ Simon. I had been looking for a 2024 4 runner and most around the state were pending. AJ called me and let me know the buyers that wanted it backed out. Super experience all the way. They brought the car to me (I live on the other side of the state) and 0 pressure from AJ and finance. I definitely recommend this dealership.

Our sales guy Sam Kaczynski was super knowledgeable , efficient ( fastest smoothest experience at any car dealership we have ever experienced) , showed us buying a hybrid would not be worthwhile in savings for us with not much city driving and so saved us big $$.

I had a great experience with Patrick <3 my problem was the 3 hr wait and being skipped over when I had a 5pm appointment and these people I was skip for didn't have an appointment. Serra toyota had a specific car I was looking for. Sent in email to request information, had a sales rep Alex get right back to me. Agreeed on deal, set up the financing and got the car purchased. They then proceeded to deliver the car to my house, and have me sign the documents there, so i never set foot in the dealership. Incredible service, more dealers need to take note!
