I went for the Quicky Oil Change. They quickly checked everything, gave me some recommendations and were not pushy when I turned down a few. They found a window chip I forgot about and I had them fix that. Everything was completed quickly.

I switched to this dealership for service following a recent visit to another local dealership for service at which I felt was not inviting. I was greeted with respect here at Serra and following the service, was informed of what services were completed. This later part was lacking at the previous dealership. I plan to return for any other service needs in the future.

They have great customer service. They keep you informed and explain any service items for which you have questions. I especially liked how they updated me on issues involving recalls for my model vehicle.
I took my Toyota Prius in for its 70,000 mile check up and an oil change. The personnel wore their masks. They were professional but also personable. The work was done in a timely manner. No extra suggestions for additional products were made, and I thank them for that. I left a happy customer!

I appreciated the ease of scheduling an appointment using website and chat, with follow up call from them. Also very good coordination with parts department, and courteous personnel were highlights.
Toyota "quick service" center. No apt. needed. I couldn't believe how fast they were. Oil change and tire rotation in 15 minutes or less. I have gone to other local dealerships, where you have to have an appt. No big deal, but it still took an hour or more. Very friendly people here. I will return.
Took 2002 Sienna Minivan in for 90,000 mile maintenance and everything was outstanding. Great service, work and exceptional communication on the phone....wasn't like talking to a used car salesman....extremely explanatory and friendly! They even provide shuttle service! Prices were less expensive than the Bay City dealership.
