Rates had gone up tremendously. I dont think economy or war has anything to do with it. Becuase when rates wants down in usa for gasoline and other things post covid, your rates for the service did not So keep the cost down.

Amazing experience, Adam helped me with the deal, was able to take my trade in and showed me all of the features. There was some over spray on my truck and they are making sure it's taken care of.
I brought vehicle in for recall. They offered a free tire rotation as an add on. Perfect, until I get home and there's a crazy noise coming from tire. I get charged for them to shave off some of my wheel well. It's clear as day that one of the mechanics screwed up and he's trying to cover their tracks. The noise is still there after I payed money to have it fixed. I'm not coming back to Toyota Serra to have it worked on.

I went in for an oil change. Entire rotation and the guys also approached me about replacing my cabin air filter which needed replaced so I was glad they suggested it.

Disappointing Service should have suggested providing a loaner after having the car for a couple of days and not having made any progress. It wasn't until I suggested it - 5 WEEKS! after having it - that real movement on the car happened. It made it very difficult for us as a family.

I bought a new 26 Tundra from Serra Toyota in Saginaw and worked with Alex on the purchase. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. They were prompt with communication, had everything ready for me when I came to pick up the truck and had me out of there in less than 2 hours from arriving. Very low preasure environment and I wasn't kept waiting for hours on end. Highly recommend these guys.

My vehicle told me that I was due for maintenance, at 35,000 miles. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was told that 35,000 miles is rotation only and that this can be done through the Quick Lube, no appointment was needed.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I trust the care of my vehicle to them. My only complaint is that, like all dealerships, the pricing for parts, maintenance etc is much higher than if you go elsewhere.

Supported by all as no ac on a trip south with a BRAND NEW vehicle. Marshall TX service dept fixed faulty o rings midst our 22 day trip! Kudos to them!! Should never had needed service if checked correctly by Toyota assembly or dealership inspection!!!!
Friendly woman scheduled my appointment (Carrie?) They got me right in the next morning. (Joe?) explained the process and got me a shuttle. Very short wait and friendly driver. Received text updates about status. Very happy.

Had an intermittent rattle, I recorded the sound. Doug figured it out. The huddle service was late both in bringing me to work and picking me up. But both drivers were friendly.
